8th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Business, Economy, Management, and Social Studies (8th IBEMS) organized by Research Synergy Foundation. This conference was held Hybrid and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.
This event was held in one day and has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Thailand, United States, South Korea, Morocco, Iran, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, and many more.

Professor Dr. Rosna Awang-Hashim (BA, MA, UNT Texas) (PhD, USC Los Angeles) was the Past Editor-in- Chief (2010-2019) of the Malaysian Journal of Learning and Instruction, former Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International). Currently she is a Motivation Scientist and an Educational Psychologist at the School of Education & Modern Languages, Universiti Utara Malaysia, and her research interests include motivation psychology, learning and teaching in higher education, and academic leadership. At the national level, she is the Vice President of the Malaysian Psychometrics Association (MPA), the Vice President of the Malaysian Society for Research and Higher Education Policy Development (PenDaPaT), Fellow of the Academy of Professors Malaysia (APM) & a member of the SULAM (Service Learning Malaysia-University for Society) Strategic Committee at MoHE.
Dr. Eric S. Parilla is currently the Vice President for the Research, Community Extension and Social Development of Northwestern University and the Consultant of the College of Business Education. Also, he holds professorial chair in social entrepreneurship in the same university. He obtained his Master of Science in Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific and his Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Northern Philippines last 2010. Currently, he is taking up his second master’s, Master of Management major in Data Analytics at the Philippines Christian University.
He loves doing research and had produced, presented and published numerous researches at different conferences and journals, here and abroad. He is also a seasoned peer reviewer and member of the editorial board of various international and local journals. He is also a consultant of different businesses primarily doing feasibility studies and business plans. Currently, he is the Director for Research for the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools in Business. He is also the Chairman of Northern Philippines Business Research Conference and its now on its 5th Year.

We, here include the organization itself, the conference secretariat, international liaisons and any individuals or parties related to the conference committee.
The conference committee does not issue organization registration letter, letter of guarantee, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter, but provides only Letter of Acceptance issued by the Conference Committee Board.
You may be required to submit a letter of guarantee to the embassy. Here the conference committee would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of acceptance and a letter of guarantee.
Letter of Acceptance:
A Letter of Acceptance is a proof that your abstract/paper submission and registration application are accepted and invited by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Letter of Guarantee:
A Letter of Guarantee is an individual/party who agrees to be legally and financially responsible for your staying during your visit in the country you’re going to. The conference committee will not provide any Letter of Guarantee.
Should your application be denied, conference committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual be denied.
